Luxury bauble house Bulgari has just announced that fiery-haired actress Julianne Moore — one of the stars of Tom Ford‘s new film “A Single Man” — will be the face of its new Spring/Summer 2010 jewelry ads set to debut in February.
This campaign marks a new artistic direction for the jeweler, focusing less on the products and more on the feel of the brand and an overall Bulgari lifestyle, which the company describes as ‘Eccentric Charisma.’

According to Bulgari, Ms. Moore was selected for her timeless charisma” and “inescapable magnetism”
In its press release, Bulgari descibes the earring she wore as “some of Bulgari’s most iconic jewels for Ms. Moore’s photo shoot, including a spectacular pair of Haute Joaillerie earrings mounted with two large teardrop emeralds of the rarest green in a setting of baguette-cut diamonds.”
