Madoff Earrings up for Auction

Not everyday we see earrings on the front page of the Wall Street Journal. The silver pre-Victorian diamond earrings (nice taste Ruth) will be auctioned off along with Bernie Madoff’s Mets Jacket, a ”vintage Rolex O.P. ‘Monoblocco’ chronograph,” also known as — no kidding — a ”Prisoner Watch.” Estimated value for the watch is $75-$85K.

For the “frugal” collector, smaller ticket items such as stationery with Bernard and Ruth’s names printed on it; Also flatware engraved with the initials ”RMB”; and a wallet embossed with ”BLM.” Don’t overlook designer purses by designers — Prada, Hermes, Louis Vuitton.
