We’re not sure if your IRA fund should be investing in a cute pair of diamond and pearl earrings that you might pick up at the mall, but The Wall Street Journal Reports:
the growing demand for tangible assets and portfolio diversification has led to the launch of a number of diamond investment funds this year, which believe they can achieve double-digit returns for investors.
It should be pointed out that while spot gold has risen 25% this year, diamond prices have dropped by more than 10%.
